Some of them done wrong when adopting or has nothing in their gallery despite being 2+ months old! For those who are the ones with no art in your gallery despite being a 2+ months old don't take this personally, it's just that I have trust issues nowadays and don't want someone who has literally nothing in their gallery wishing to adopt or "adopt" (collectors who then turn around and resells from those they buy from for more than what they bought with or without "extra" art and doesn't credit the real creator of said oc or adopt for a higher price!)
Besides I like seeing my ocs and adopts go to good homes instead of being sold off as "theirs" for once I'm the original creator unless otherwise (adopted ocs from others with credit ofc!), so yeah...please at least show proof that you draw or write stories or both or do something at least! Note, having things in your favorites doesn't count! And those who have things in their favs, no art or anything in their galleries and comments this to me one more fucking time and I qoute: "Wish adopts are free, cuz I don't have the moneys for dem" or "Which adopts are free cuz I can't use real moneys for them" will be added on sight to this list!
READ YA FOOLZ,READ! If the title or in the description where it says free in it then all you have to do is comment or ask to claim them not say stupid things like that! Got a notification from somebody who's commented that aside from browsing their gallery and profile for any art, stories, etc and found none despite being 11 months old for a DA account! If it's a DTA, freebie, etc that doesn't have cash or points on any of my adopts then it means it's free for crying out loud!
Anyways here's my blacklist and reasons for why they're on it!
BLACKLIST:
Mrs-Jiggly: Was very rude to me in about something a long time ago which I don't remember, but all I could remember is that they were VERY rude towards me for no reason.
MezairPlush: Was literally a drama queen about an oc I sold to her even though they weren't for sale. Sold my oc that my friend said to go ahead to sell so they don't get pissed at me and clearly doesn't know anime! Said oc was anime themed based off of Black Butler and it appears they don't watch anime and hated my ideas for my oc that I sold to them and tried making me into their art slave since I had multiple forms for my oc aside from an oc trade she had with me and didn't want said oc anymore before shoving my ocs back at me finally. Not a friendly person at all despite making plushies of ponies.
Faiththespiritguaran: Is literally asking me which ocs are free due to not being "able" to use real money and has nothing in their gallery despite being 11 months old of an account!
MariaKarpova123: Literally chews me out over a color palette that their oc or adopt shares and thinks they own said colors for once they don't! Colors, manes, etc CANNOT be owned! As long as the design has differences then it's fine to use said colors and they don't understand this! Calling me rude for overreacting over colors from their oc or adopt! Doesn't know how to stay calm during the whole conversation and taking in my opinion on the subject matter. I bet I can come up with the exact same colors at some point myself when making fusions or breeding grids, etc and getting pissed off like some little child having a tantrum for not getting their way with things isn't going to help anybody! I saw differences in the adopt I bought compared to theirs and it's fine since there's very little inspiration and/or similarities in design. As long as the design is different then why bark for no reason? There's nothing wrong in inspiration (not too heavy ofc) and using the same colors/color palette no matter where ya got it or made/etc and complaining about it isn't going to fix it. I tried being nice to them, but they refused to think about it and see it through my eyes, never buy from them or anything unless you feel like being screamed at over nothing. Just saying, but if ya want to then go ahead.
AddressUserName: Literally asked if I would resell or trade off one of my ocs that's not for sale! If you see them using any of my ocs as there own let me know and report them!
Proof of them asking if she's for sale or trade for once they're trying to steal my oc! I'm in the middle of making an oc x oc grid and I'm using my oc (the one you see here) I'm in the middle of drawing her! So whatever you do, beware of them. I've even sent a note and got no answer. They're a possible oc/art thief! Don't ask me if any of my ocs are for sale. I only do adopt purges not oc purges and they are clearly being rude by asking if she was for sale for once she's not. I wonder if they're friends with that plush person who wanted me to sell an oc of mine that wasn't an adopt to them before realizing their mistake.

Adopt T.O.S.
Making this due to some rules staying put and tired of people ignoring my rulez for my adopts and customs! So whatever rulez that are in here are the OFFICIAL rulez!!!!
Ignoring them or not following them will put you on the blacklist or greylist! No ands, it's, or buts!!!!
So please respect my rulez, some might be added as my rulez change from time to time depending on my T.O.S. on my adopts and customs are still WIP, but ones in here are the LEGITIMATE ones to follow!!
I'll make another T.O.S. journal once I believe I've got reasonable rulez to post said journal in the description to all of my adopts and customs. But for now this version of T.O.S. will be in the description to all of my adopts and customs with my WIP rulez, but I will not have them in this list due to them not being OFFICIAL!
Anyways here's the OFFICIAL rulez for both adopts and customs!!!! YOU WILL FOLLOW THEM OR GET REPORTED AND BLACKLISTED!!!!
RULEZ:
1.) Credit me for the design
2.) Don't repost my art anywhere without my consent! You can post your own art of the adopt/com, but ask me first before reposting anything that I've made please!
3.) Don't take heavy inspiration from my designs or trace and repost claiming you made it nor reposting the original art after downloading it and claiming it as yours! This'll be an immediate blacklist and report!
4.) No reselling or trading, etc. If you don't want the design anymore just give it back and I'll rehome them myself so I can keep track of the design! Unless if it's an exclusive adopt!
5.) If it's an exclusive adopt just press the resell button but no higher than bought! No randomly drawing the adopt for "extra" art just to boost the price or you will be reported and blacklisted. But if the resell button isn't there then let me know and I'll resell them myself!
6.) Not selling adopts to someone who doesn't have anything on their profiles (despite having something in their favorites and for being 2 months+ old!) Sorry, just not trusting people who doesn't draw their ocs after buying them and have nothing in their gallery. In some cases it makes me uncomfortable to find them selling the ocs after getting them elsewhere and not doing anything with their ocs... ;(
7.) Please give me proof that you draw any of your ocs and not have anything in your gallery and just buying them just to turn around and sell it higher for no "extra" art or randomly and sloppily drew them and try to claim it as "extra" art for once that doesn't count and try selling them for a higher price. I want these ocs to have a good home and not collect dust for days and never get used.
8.) No pedophile, zoophile, etc that might make me uncomfortable. Got a question on what fetishes are ok to do then go ahead and ask! Might make a journal on what fetishes are ok and what ones are a big fat NO in the future.
9.) NSFW and gore is alright!
10.) No breeding my ocs please! If you wish to breed my ocs with yours just ask for a collab otherwise the answer is a big fat NO! I saw someone do this before in the past by breeding someone else's ocs without consent or anything when I first started out!
11.) No fusion adopts with my designs either! (Debating on this too! Been talking to her about this too and might become a legit rule in the future but for now it'll be like rule 10.) Will be greylist to blacklist depending on how many times you try doing it.
12.) No buying for those on my blacklisted nor greylisted people! Nor trading or gifting either! Those who are on my greylist will have so many chances to redeem themselves, until they get on my last nerve and will be moved to my blacklist! This includes those who wish to buy from me but doesn't have anything in their gallery despite being 2+ months old!
Once again I'll be updating this in case I need to! I'll make a new journal saying OFFICIAL AND LEGITIMATE RULEZ so you guys know when are my legit rulez are made! These still count as legit rulez too, but will be added at the end of my WIP rulez that's in the description to any of my adopts and customs (old and new)!

MLP base art commissions are now open. If interested, then please read before commenting. I accept points and paypal only! I'll be a bit slow due to personal art and OTA/DTA/Apology Customs/Etc. But I believe I can squeeze in some coms to keep me going. I'll be doing a limited slots for now, until I get everything caught up. I'll be doing all of the coms in between these projects.
I can even do freehand if you don't want a base edit. There'll be slots open for freehand too. If interested in customs, then fill out the form for me to see what you'd like me to create. Even a closed species that I own will do too for a custom. So there'll be 3 slot types. 1 for each of the stated commissions.
As for base edits commissions, make sure it's alright with the base maker to use it in commissions. I can even find one to try to match your setup for the theme or mood of the scene. I'm thinking about making a story to go with each commission, unless stated otherwise. The story will be done separately. I'll have the story optional to the forms for you to make out. Heyaz everyone,
Since I'm using Sketchbook by Autodesk for the first time, everything will be posted late. Since I'm new to this app, I'm not used to it as I would with SAI. SAI is my go to program and forevere will be, cuz I know my way around and it's easier for me to make any kind of art. So anything art related project will take forever to make!!! >:C
So for those who I still owe OTA art payments to and customs, etc. I'm so sorry for having y'all wait this long, cuz life just got busy as shit! But, I'm going to get around to my owed art and make sure that it's all checked off my to do list. But for now we need money for food and other needs first, before I get back to my to do list. So for those who are waiting for their OTA payments or a custom from me, thank you for your patience up till now! n>A<n
Ugh! If only we got out of this mess by now, so I can never have this problem again! It makes it feel like I'm turning in old homework or something of the sort! But yeah, I'm stuck doing personal art in with adoptables and base commissions then, for now. Might be stuck opening up for story commissions too, until things settle down with me. Since I'm stuck doing base editing again for now, until I get my pc back into my claws. So please bare with me on anything art related, cuz it's stressful and everything else with me and ma atm.
But yeah, ma's thinkin' about gettin' a rent to own house. So hopefully by then, we can live a better life without any toxic people or toxic family around to bother us no more.
